Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies while leading teams
Partner across functions to deliver exceptional value to customers and support business growth
Shape product roadmaps, manage new product introductions, and ensure portfolio profitability while serving as a key product advocate both internally and with customers
Qualification
Required
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in product management preferably in life sciences, scientific instruments, or related industry
Strong strategic planning and business acumen with proven P&L management skills
Experience developing and launching new products from concept through commercialization
Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, portfolio planning, and pricing strategies
Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
Demonstrated success gathering Voice of Customer input and translating to product requirements
Experience working effectively in global, matrixed organizations
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and regions
Knowledge of regulated environments and quality systems
Proficiency with standard business software and analytics tools
Ability to travel 25-30% domestically and internationally
Customer-centric mindset with proven track record of improving customer experience
Skilled at developing and executing product launch plans and go-to-market strategies
Preferred
3+ years people management experience leading teams in a matrix environment
Preferred Fields of Study: science, engineering, business or related field
