Sales Trainer
AlterCall is a transformational coaching platform founded by serial entrepreneur Ryan Blair, aimed at igniting a mentorship movement. The Sales Trainer will design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for entrepreneurs, assess sales capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for entrepreneurs at various stages of business growth (seed, scale, exit)
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, playbooks, scripts, and assessment tools
Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching
Customize training content to address specific industries, business models, and sales challenges
Assess individual and team sales capabilities to identify skill gaps
Develop and implement metrics to measure training effectiveness and ROI
Provide ongoing coaching and actionable feedback to improve performance
Conduct role-playing exercises, mock sales calls, and real-time coaching sessions
Stay current on the latest sales methodologies, tools, and best practices
Continuously refine and update training content based on member feedback and market trends
Integrate AI tools and technology into sales training where applicable
Develop certification programs and progressive learning paths for members
Partner cross-functionally with AlterCall’s strategy, marketing, and operations teams
Support member onboarding and ensure foundational sales training is delivered effectively
Contribute to case studies and success stories showcasing member outcomes
Participate in community events, masterminds, and coaching sessions
Create supplemental training resources including guides, templates, and frameworks
Develop video content for AlterCall’s platform and resource library
Contribute to blogs, podcasts, and other educational content
Build sales enablement tools members can implement immediately
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas
3+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, or enablement
Background in B2B, consultative, or high-ticket sales required
Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
Strong instructional design and curriculum development abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable strategies
Experience with sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, Solution Selling, and MEDDIC
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tools, and training platforms
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance
Preferred
Experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, or high-growth companies preferred
Experience as a founder, business owner, or executive
Certification in sales training or coaching methodologies
Experience with membership communities or group coaching programs
Familiarity with AI tools for sales and business development
Proven success building or scaling sales teams
Published content, speaking engagements, or thought leadership in sales
Experience across multiple industries or verticals
