Project Management Coordinator
AESC US LLC is a global organization focused on sustainable battery solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to support utility-scale energy storage and infrastructure projects by managing project documentation, scheduling, and cross-team coordination.
Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of contact for project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
Support sales managers and project managers in tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure timely execution of project tasks
Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports
Assist with preparation of project proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and client-facing documentation
Monitor project timelines and budgets, escalating risks or delays to senior management
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, sales, and services)
Support compliance with organizational standards, safety requirements, and quality assurance processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of project coordination, project support, or operations experience; exposure to utility-scale energy, infrastructure, or construction projects preferred
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and commercial information clearly
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Knowledge of energy storage systems, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Understanding of permitting, interconnection, and regulatory processes
Experience supporting EPCs, utilities, IPPs, or project developers
Familiarity with CRM platforms and project tracking systems
