Responsibilities
Establish and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement
Ensure that company products, processes, and supply chain comply with applicable regulations and quality standards
Responsible for internal and external quality audits (regulatory agencies, customers, third parties)
Manage deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), change control, and quality risk assessment processes
Oversee supplier quality management and audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new products, systems, or markets
Lead and develop the quality team and enhance the organization's overall quality awareness
Report regularly on quality status to management and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Quality Management, or a related field
8+ years of experience in quality-related roles, including at least 3 years of team management experience
Familiarity with one or more of the following systems: ISO 9001 / ISO 13485, FDA / 21 CFR Part 11, GxP (GMP / GCP / GDP)
Solid auditing, risk management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
Experience working in a highly regulated or fast-paced environment
