Affinity Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Financial Services Consultant to join their team in New Providence, NJ. The role involves delivering exceptional member experiences, building relationships, and assisting members with financial products and services to enhance their financial well-being.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional member experience
Build and deepen relationships with consumer and small business members
Engage members in conversation to understand their needs
Determine appropriate products, services, and digital options for members
Open new accounts and enroll new members in digital solutions during initial consultations
Process applications and resolve complex member issues
Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and improve their financial well-being

Qualification

Banking experienceCRM experienceSales experienceCommunication skillsTechnologically savvyInterpersonal skills

Required

3 - 5 years banking experience in a platform role is required
Successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous sales experience is essential

Preferred

Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is desired
