Human Resources Assistant
Dexian is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join their HR team on a 6–9-month contract. This role will provide hands-on administrative and coordination support across Talent Acquisition, onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones
Assist with candidate communication, offer tracking, and onboarding logistics
Prepare new hire documentation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed timely
Support background checks, I-9 processing, and new hire orientation coordination
Maintain accurate employee personnel files (digital HR SharePoint and physical records)
Audit files to ensure all required legal and onboarding documentation is completed and stored properly
Assist with employee data entry and updates in HRIS systems
Support HR compliance activities and reporting as needed
Provide support with internal HR communications and announcements
Assist with employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, and separations
Support monthly employee engagement initiatives
Assist with preparation of HR presentations, trackers, and reporting dashboards
Provide administrative support on special HR projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in HRIS systems
