Wind Product Management Leadership Program
GE Vernova is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Wind Energy Professional with a strong engineering background and an MBA to join their 2-year leadership training program. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver on program deliverables, while gaining comprehensive business experience across various functions such as product management, strategy, and engineering.

Responsibilities
Product Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new wind energy products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals
Strategy Development: Participate in the development of strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and business growth initiatives
Commercial Operations: Support the execution of commercial strategies, including sales and marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and revenue growth
Supply Chain Management: Work closely with supply chain teams to optimize procurement processes, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of components and materials
Services and Support: Contribute to the development and delivery of services and support programs for our customers, including maintenance, repair, and technical support
Engineering: Engage in engineering projects, including design, testing, and validation of wind energy systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Leadership Development: Actively participate in leadership training and development activities, including workshops, mentoring, and coaching sessions
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across all departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of business strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science and an MBA
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the wind energy industry
Preferred
Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage and mentor teams
Familiarity with wind energy technology and industry standards
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Experience in product management, strategy development, and commercial operations
A background in supply chain management and services support
A history of successful project management and team leadership in the wind energy sector
Experience in international markets and cross-cultural team management
