Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify high-value leads and effectively segment the target audience for more personalized, impactful outreach. Work with sales to prioritize leads and ensure that no opportunity is overlooked
Campaign Development & Execution: Design and implement targeted campaigns to generate leads across various channels, including email, webinars, events, and digital advertising. Ensure that campaigns are tailored to customer needs and market dynamics
Lead Nurturing: Build and execute strategies to nurture leads through the funnel with tailored messaging, content, and follow-ups, ensuring maximum engagement and progression toward conversion
Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads, ensuring sales teams have all the information needed to successfully close deals. Maintain a strong feedback loop between sales and marketing to optimize lead generation efforts
Campaign Optimization & Analytics: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Use A/B testing, conversion rates, and other KPIs to refine campaigns and strategies for higher efficiency and better results
New Channel Development: Work to scale lead generation efforts beyond traditional channels, including identifying and testing new channels like events, partnerships, and affiliate marketing
Customer & Prospect Insights: Leverage insights from past interactions, product usage, and market data to identify key prospects who can benefit from our solutions. Tailor outreach based on specific data needs and behaviors
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, using this information to enhance lead generation efforts
Collaboration Across Teams: Work with product marketing, content, and customer success teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with product positioning, messaging, and customer needs
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech company
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content that resonates with different audiences
Proficient in email automation platforms (Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), with experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, list management, and personalization techniques to craft effective outreach
Proven track record of executing email campaigns that drive conversions, upsells, and re-engagements
Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance, segment audiences effectively, and optimize for better results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and scaling marketing efforts across multiple channels
Experience in A/B testing and optimizing email campaign performance
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools to monitor campaign success and performance
