Principal Admin Specialist - 6 month contract

Responsibilities

Managing account-specific administration activities to time and accurately, including ad hoc requests which support the effective running of the recruitment process including but not limited to Onboarding paperwork, reporting, preparation of PowerPoint, interview scheduling, initiating background checks
Acting as a final checking mechanism for elements of the process as well as audits and spot checks to ensure data accuracy and SLA adherence
Completing reports, trackers, and maintaining systems accurately and to deadlines
Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders, managing customers' needs and expectations and working to service levels agreed
Actively participating in operational calls, confidently interacting with the client as needed
Providing tangible contribution to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Preparing forecasts as required

Required

3-5 years in recruitment coordinator experience, preferably in a Talent Acquisition environment
Previous experience in supporting reporting, creation of Powerpoints, interview scheduling, background checks
Ideal candidates need to be proactive, adaptable and able to pivot as needed to support stakeholder needs
Experience with SharePoint Lists and Microsoft tools

Preferred

Specialized experience preferred: military background or experience in data center/ IT industry, college recruiting and event experience
