Account Manager

Foodie For All is a female-founded, women led business that connects high demand restaurants with world-class companies around New York City. The Account Manager will nurture relationships with businesses using catering services, focusing on client retention and recurring revenue by delivering superior service and support.

Responsibilities

Develop and apply an expert understanding of Foodie For All’s business model, product and processes
Maintain and manage your book of business to ensure your client portfolio is set up for success
Managing a high volume of client accounts with the primary goal of increasing client retention
Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Build client proposals by creating menus and providing recommendations for large groups considering restaurant availability, budget and dietary preferences
Proactively follow up with clients to increase retention and order frequency
Proactively seek out and resolve any issues with customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
Work with the Operations team to deliver high-quality service
Report, own and exceed key metrics

Required

Minimum of 1-2 years experience as account manager or similar role
Able and excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where the product and processes are still evolving
Tenacious attitude with the ability to self-start and self-motivate; highly results-driven
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills; ability to adapt, think on your feet
Ability to gather relevant information and use creative problem solving to accommodate client requests
Stellar time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment; recognize and focus on high priority tasks

Preferred

Hospitality experience
Knowledge of New York City restaurants and food trends
Knowledge of basic nutrition facts regarding dietary restrictions and allergens
Salesforce experience
Love for good food
