Responsibilities
Assist with the creation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of project management processes and tools that fit SAM’s specific needs
Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases/software for company projects
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Lead projects from planning and requirements definition through project close and lookback, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plan and mitigating risks
Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans
Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget
Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
Prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing contact on project status and changes according to schedule determined in planning
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
In office scheduling requirements are determined by your supervisor and are subject to change at any time

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management, business admin, informational technology management, or another related field
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a project manager role
Proficient in project management concepts and implementation
Demonstrable problem-solving and project management experience and skills
Proven ability to successfully lead a team of employees
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project/Roadmap, Asana, Pivotal Tracker, or Basecamp
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Great organizational, project, and time management skills
An understanding of 'culture' and its role in a successful company
Preferred
PPM, PMP, or equivalent Certification strongly preferred
Experience in third party management or real estate operations preferred
Experience with cloud-based project management platforms and version control tool
Bachelors or better in Information Technology
Bachelors or better in Business Administration
