Develop and grow sales by leveraging existing and new logistics and trade contacts
Manage and support a portfolio of customers using our digital platform
Introduce clients to Skypace freight services on key global trade lanes
Coordinate with internal pricing and operations teams to ensure accurate quotations and smooth shipment execution
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
Qualification
Required
You have experience in international freight forwarding and account management
You're skilled at managing customer relationships across import, export, or port-to-port operations
You're comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
You understand key ocean trade lanes and can communicate effectively with shippers, BCOs, and logistics stakeholders
