Senior LevelHoyle & Company is a growing CPA and advisory firm serving small and mid-sized businesses with tax, accounting, and strategic advisory services. They are seeking a Contract Business Development Consultant to support firm growth through strategic relationship building, referrals, and new client acquisition.

Responsibilities
Leverage an existing professional network to introduce and connect Hoyle & Company with qualified small business owners
Identify and cultivate referral opportunities with centers of influence, including attorneys, bankers, financial advisors, and other trusted professionals
Facilitate warm introductions and initial conversations with prospective clients
Collaborate with firm leadership to align outreach efforts with Hoyle & Company’s ideal client profile and growth goals
Represent the firm professionally and authentically in networking environments, meetings, and events
Track and report on introductions, conversations, and opportunities generated
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in professional services
Well-networked within the small business community, ideally with direct access to business owners who need tax, accounting, or advisory services
Strong reputation built on trust, credibility, and long-term relationships
Comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation
Preferred
Experience working with or alongside CPA firms, professional services firms, or advisory businesses is a strong plus
