Responsibilities

Ensure staff at all healthcare centers are fully prepared to use the Athena EMR and other key healthcare systems accurately, confidently, and in alignment with organization-specific workflows

Deliver engaging training and maintain up-to-date educational materials

Ensure consistent system usage across all regions

Provide effective workflow coaching and data-driven monitoring to help improve performance, reduce errors, and strengthen the overall patient experience

Conduct refresher and update trainings following system or policy changes

Track and report training completions

Identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement

Provide on-site and virtual support during go-lives and system updates

Ensure training aligns with real-time configurations and best practices

Proactively recommend workflow enhancements to improve performance
