They are seeking a people-focused Customer Service Specialist who will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Resolve issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions
Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer interactions
Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout the customer journey
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
Obtain a working knowledge of our proprietary software, Aversys, to resolve customer inquiries
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
Experience with help desk software (i.e. Freshdesk, Zendesk)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a desire to help
HS Diploma
Minimum one year experience in customer facing position
