Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services
Promote and explain United’s Products and Services
Perform Safety Deposit box procedures
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain a balanced cash drawer
Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures

Required

1+ years of experience in a customer service role with cash handling experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
