Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate the performance of product features and key customer metrics
Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments to drive data-driven decisions
Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health
Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate critical aspects of customer behavior
Utilize data mining, model building, and segmentation techniques to identify trends within the customer base
Participate in strategic planning discussions to align data insights with business objectives
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans
Proficient in SQL and familiar with data visualization tools
Solid background in statistics, programming, and marketing
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with SAS or similar analytical tools
Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or a related field
Understanding of customer behavior analytics and experience in a business environment
