Business Program Manager, Data Center Supply Solutions

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, as well as processes and tools needed to support incoming supply opportunities to meet customer demand
Support Amazon’s rapidly growing real estate and colocation business
Identify and drive global process improvements, and work cross-functionally with other teams
Manage and develop internal processes to track and simplify real estate and other transactions from beginning to end
Partner with stakeholder teams to drive standardization, and implement global solutions while improving the customer experience that delivers visibility to senior leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
3+ years of contract management, paralegal or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department

Preferred

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
3+ years of real estate and/or construction contract experience
Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple, concurrent long- and short-term tasks and prioritize tasks based on competing demands; ability to follow through and meet deadlines
