Responsibilities

Assists in the preparation of the annual budget

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Develop dashboards and KPIs for leadership review

Reviews and analyzes monthly variances to budget

Review and prepare inter-department cost allocation schedules

Function as the System Administrator for the budget tool (Axiom / Strata), including access rights

Related to actual financial statements - perform monthly data downloads, review of key performance indicators, and monthly report distribution

Maintain liaison with department leaders regarding spending variances and developing the annual budget. Provide monthly recommendations for corrective actions along with department leadership

Provide information to external organizations

Prepare reports for Senior Management and Financial Committees of the Board

Ad hoc ROI and cost benefit analysis across programs and functions

Support financial system upgrades and data integrity initiatives

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Support monthly Revenue Cycle reimbursement analysis

Assist with other duties as directed
