Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with social media audiences
Plan, create, and execute innovative social media marketing campaigns to expand our company’s reach and promote awareness and subscriptions to our online training program
Create and share social media content while tracking its performance
Contribute new ideas for design and content creation using a keen eye for effective visuals
Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company and the industry
Drive consistent and relevant traffic and leads from our social media presence
Undertake additional international marketing responsibilities as needed

Qualification

Required

2 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or Psychology (education or practical experience)
Proficiency in using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram for at least 2 years
Knowledge of video editing with smartphone apps
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Excellent understanding of the English language
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment

Preferred

Experience with LinkedIn is a plus
Experience in International Marketing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field is a plus
Experience in graphic design and social media marketing is a plus
