2+ years expTechChain Talent is a fast-growing on-chain financial infrastructure company seeking a Business Operations Lead to build and scale core operating systems across finance, go-to-market, and internal operations. This role requires a hands-on operator who can execute strategically and effectively across various teams while driving high-leverage initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives including pricing strategy, GTM design, platform monetization, and marketing operations
Partner with leadership to prepare board materials, investor updates, and internal operating plans
Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable, repeatable systems
Own financial operations: invoicing, vendor payments, expense tracking, and revenue reconciliation
Maintain the live operating model (cash flow, runway, headcount planning, revenue tracking)
Interface with external vendors, partners, and service providers
Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure across product and growth
Create and maintain internal documentation including sales operations, playbooks, and process maps
Optimize customer onboarding workflows to accelerate adoption and revenue realization
Qualification
Required
2–8 years of experience in Business Operations, startup operations, fintech operations, or consulting with hands-on execution responsibility
Mandatory experience operating inside a startup or high-growth venture environment
Not a purely advisory or academic profile
Strong systems-builder mindset with an emphasis on automation and operational leverage
Ability to operate at speed while maintaining high standards for accuracy and output
Highly organized, resourceful, and impact-oriented
