Responsibilities

Partner with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver actionable, evidence-based insights

Lead and mentor a team of analysts to design and deliver analytics solutions that influence decision-making

Develop dashboards, predictive models, and workforce planning tools to identify trends and forecast future needs

Provide consultative support to HR leadership, translating data into clear business recommendations

Drive innovative analyses to measure the impact of HR programs and initiatives

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of people data across systems and reporting tools

Stay informed on emerging analytics methodologies and tools to continuously enhance EchoStar’s analytics capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's in Analytics, HR, or Business preferred

Strong HR domain knowledge with at least 7 years of HR and analytics experience, including 3+ years leading teams or presenting to senior management

Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including executives

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines

Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Alteryx) preferred; willingness to learn new tools required

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence leaders through data

Collaborative, team-oriented, and professional, with a high level of integrity

Preferred

Master's in Analytics, HR, or Business

Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Alteryx)

HR or Data Science certifications and experience in consulting or high-growth technology environments
