Responsibilities

Develop full-stack applications, delivering high-performance and seamless user experiences
Play a pivotal role in shaping the application architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and clean code
Collaborate with design and product teams to implement innovative features leveraging user feedback and data
Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs (e.g., analytics, payments, auth) to enhance application functionality
Deliver exceptional code quality, incorporating advanced animations and transitions to create intuitive user interactions
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve application issues throughout the development lifecycle to ensure performance, stability, and the best possible user experience

Required

Proven experience leading or participating in large development projects from conception through launch
Expert-level knowledge in React with hands-on experience in Node, TypeScript, REST APIs, and GraphQL
Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Maestro) to ensure reliability and integrity of the application
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working in a remote-first team environment
Strong visual sensibility and design intuition, bringing a creative and thoughtful approach to UI/UX design, animations, and visual interactions
Self-motivated and thrives in an autonomous environment, capable of driving projects forward independently while aligning with company priorities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in full-stack application development, with strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript
Proficiency in modern front-end best practices, component-driven architecture, and performance optimization
Experience with Git and familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token)
Familiarity with backend integration using RESTful and GraphQL APIs

Preferred

Exposure to Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL for light full-stack work
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Previous experience in a tech startup or agile development environment
Proficiency in React Native a strong plus
