Responsibilities
Design solution architectures and associated workflows around current and desired operational processes
Create user journey maps and process flow documentation
Assess customization needs vs. out-of-box capabilities
Align platform modules with business needs
Conduct business requirements gathering sessions and document requirements
Perform gap analysis between current state and desired business outcomes
Assess current-state configurations and identify optimization opportunities, particularly around demand intake processes and application portfolio visibility
Guide ServiceNow configuration and customization activities
Guide teams on best practices for demand intake forms, workflows, and dashboards
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards
Manage integration requirements
Validate configurations through user acceptance testing
Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and senior leaders
Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholder groups
Identify and manage organizational change management requirements
Develop training strategies and materials for end users
Drive user adoption through effective communication and support
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
5+ years specific experience with ServiceNow Demand Management
Deep expertise and hands-on experience in IT Demand Management/Intake and Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integration capabilities
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration
10+ years of experience in project/program/portfolio management
8+ years of consulting experience in enterprise technology implementations
5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant
Exceptional ability to communicate with executives and cross-functional leaders
Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Strong business acumen with ability to align technology solutions to business strategy
Experience conducting business requirements gathering and analysis
Ability to create compelling business cases and recommendations
Expertise in organizational management principles
Skilled at facilitating workshops and design sessions
Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
Preferred
Familiarity with Financial Management modules and capabilities (TCO, Showback, etc.) for IT is a plus
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant)
ITIL Foundation
Background in software development, database administration, or system architecture
History of working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
