Project Manager
Boston Retail Solutions is the leading provider of modular barricades and facilities maintenance services. They are currently seeking a Project Manager to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions while fostering positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Timely and successful delivery of solutions and products according to customer needs and objectives, ensuring client expectations and deadlines are being met
Collaborate effectively and develop positive relationships with internal teams, contributing to an inclusive and positive company culture
Increase branch revenue by determining and capturing full scope of work at estimating phase, while maintaining BRS profitability goals
Build and strengthen mall and developer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Coordinate all service center field jobs within designated area of responsibility
Maintain accurate and complete records using software programs such as G-Suite, BRIX, and Netsuite
Generate sales with malls, contractors and retailers, cultivating and building new relationships
Address client concerns by being a proactive problem solver and facilitator
Estimate each project for clients to align with company margin structure
Proactively pursue gc and landlord on estimates, to increase conversion rate and branch revenue
Produce work orders and manage tasks for installation, tear down and modifications
Upload photos, drawings and documents to online job calendar
Coordinate artwork requests and facilitate the approval process with clients, general contractors and landlords
Oversee daily inventory, supplies and labor related to job completion
Collaborate with general manager on logistical and operational requirements for barricade and graphic installation
Collaborate with accounting department to review contracts, coi’s, invoices, purchase orders, lien waivers and Confirm all payments for teardown have been received
Ensure all projects are invoiced accordingly and timely to project completion
Be dependable, positive, and encouraging with internal teams and maintain a customer facing professional demeanor
Protect and secure all company assets on a daily basis
Qualification
Required
degree in business, project management, building construction or similar
5 years working experience in the field of retail or commercial construction
Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings
Preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized with strong attention to detail. ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities
effective internal and external communication via telephone, email and related platforms
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Proficient in microsoft office, google suite, project management programs and the ability to learn brs internal programs
Ability to take direction, using pre established guidelines, experience and judgment to perform the duties and functions of the role
