Responsibilities

Contribute to Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), Telemetry Operations, and the Launch Display System, enhancing mission awareness and supporting the OSL and USSF’s space launch capabilities

Provide essential support during Launch and Rehearsal Operations for NRO and SSC missions

Offer top-notch technical support for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including networks, PCs, printers, and peripherals

Set up and configure workstations, install software, and connect to shared drives and peripheral devices

Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and robust security protocols

Assist in implementing security patch updates to address and mitigate identified vulnerabilities

Required

Security Clearance: US Citizen is required to obtain DoD Secret to TS/SCI with Polygraph

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, PC hardware, and software

Experience: BS/BA or 3 years of experience in lieu of degree

Certification: Ability to obtain Security+ CE certification

Preferred

CompTIA Security+ CE certification

Network Experience: Previous experience in physical and logical network infrastructure installation or deployment/refresh projects

Configuration Skills: Experience with making configuration changes on switches, routers, and firewalls

Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Communication: Clear and professional communication skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution

Firewall Implementation: Experience with New Generation Firewalls

DOD Experience: Previous Department of Defense experience
