As the Director, Program Management – Government Compliance, you will ensure internal and external client satisfaction through decisive coordination of compliance activities across Spectrum Business and manage compliance to program rules supporting Erate and Rural Healthcare regulated programs.

Responsibilities

Excel at managing a team that ensures compliance through policy, process, tools, training, and governance, and engages with senior leaders to align across the business

Collaborate with each business department, Legal, Regulatory, and others to deliver plans

Maximize efforts by conducting briefings and presentations as required to keep leadership informed and to secure decisions

Thrive in an office environment, travel infrequently, and are available for calls outside of normal business hours to achieve company objectives

Report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Services for goals and guidance

Required

5+ years of management experience

8+ years managing complex programs or projects

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Documenting, preparing, and delivering data-driven presentations

Effectively analyzing and interpreting data sets

Demonstrated management skills by leading teams of program and project managers

Ability to build high-performing teams
