As an Account Executive on the Customer Growth team, you will work closely with fast-growing customers to expand their usage of Instant products and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Drive deeper product adoption so customers generate more revenue through Instant
Grow monthly recurring revenue per account by selling additional Instant SKUs and usage
Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, then coordinate effective meetings with the appropriate external stakeholders
Own the full expansion sales cycle: discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, onboarding, and close
Lead annual contract negotiation and renewals
Build strong executive relationships across each account to align Instant to their growth priorities
Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Instant’s platform delivers measurable value
Consistently exceed targets by closing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within key accounts

Required

Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, MarTech, or E-Commerce SaaS, with a strong track record of closing complex deals
Comfortable managing larger, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and motivated by ambitious goals
Collaborative, low ego, and open to feedback
Confident in outbound prospecting and networking to generate enterprise opportunities
Navigate complex organisations with agility, delivering solutions that create measurable results and lasting impact
