Assists with the coordination and compliance of all requirements for the closing and funding of real estate acquisition and development transactions

Performs underwriting and market research of potential real estate investment opportunities that support the company’s real estate investment and financial objectives

Assists with sourcing new real estate acquisition opportunities and tracking active deals in the market

Maintains external relationships with key market participants, investment sales, leasing brokers, and lenders

Identifies increased efficiencies in the budgeting and operations of real estate and property assets

Coordinates and oversees the due diligence process for asset acquisition and property development opportunities
