Responsibilities

Join our Litigation Department as a mid-level associate with complex litigation experience

Demonstrate experience in complex litigation, motion practice, depositions, discovery management, and trial preparation

Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, interview memos, or other written work product

Conduct witness interviews and prepare for and conduct depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Take a leadership role in cases and manage multiple significant matters at once

Required

Mid-level associate (4th to 5th year) with complex litigation experience

Excellent academic credentials

Demonstrated experience in complex litigation

Conducting witness interviews

Comfortable and experienced taking a leadership role in cases and at the firm

Capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once

Eager and willing to work hard

Pride themselves on care, thoughtfulness and attention to detail in their work

Preferred

Experience preparing for and conducting depositions

Experience preparing for and participating in arbitrations and trials
