Responsibilities
Manage a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of liquid money market securities (e.g., Treasury Bills, Floaters, Agency Debt), including the optimization of tri-party collateral arrangements
Oversee daily cash management, funding, and foreign exchange strategies (spot and swap hedging transactions) across multiple funds
Manage liquidity needs related to margin, repo, swap, and other financing activities, with a focus on financing optimization
Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with counterparties, expanding capabilities across new asset classes and currencies
Negotiate and oversee fund financing agreements, including subscription-line credit facilities, margin loans, NAV facilities, and repo/TRS structures
Collaborate with senior investment and business teams to deliver tailored financing and liquidity solutions
Provide senior leadership with insights into financial performance, opportunities, and risks to support strategic and operational decision-making
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of treasury and / or capital markets experience including experience with fund financing, preferably with an alternative asset manager
Direct experience trading & investing cash in the money markets
Direct experience in foreign exchange (FX), and interest rate hedging & strategy
Thorough understanding of financial markets, specifically the money markets and FX, Prime Brokerage, Repo, ISDA financing regimes & pricing
Minimum of a BA from top tier institution
Knowledge of Bloomberg, Tableau, Excel, Macros, Python, AI tools
