The Assistant Manager will oversee warehouse operations and perform various managerial duties, ensuring effective operations and customer satisfaction.

Overseeing the warehouse operations

Manage a large number of employees

Experience in cash control procedures

Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and holidays

Multi-task and work well in high pressure situations

Strong written and oral communication skills

Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word

Attend and participate in all required trainings and meetings

Lift up to 40lbs

Reliable transportation

Pass a credit and criminal background check

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

2 – 3 years of Retail Experience

Ability to manage a large number of employees at once as well as ability to work alone

Must have experience in cash control procedures

Must have flexibility in schedule, including weekends and holidays and extended hours during increased sales season

Must be able to multi-task, and work well in high pressure situations

Must possess strong written and oral communication skills

Should have basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word

Attend and participate in all required trainings and meetings, including annual conferences, which may require travel and overnight stays lasting up to a week

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

Must have reliable transportation

Candidate must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check

Perform other duties as assigned
