Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of retail, commercial, and residential land development projects
Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations
Oversee project teams, assign resources, and drive efficiency
Ensure projects meet all quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements
Present at public meetings and represent clients before agencies and stakeholders
Collaborate across multiple disciplines within BL Companies and with external partners
Mentor junior engineers and staff, fostering a strong learning environment
Qualification
Required
PE License required
10+ years of experience in land development engineering
Proven leadership experience managing full-time staff
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations
Experience with municipal agencies, regulatory bodies, and private sector clients
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
