Responsibilities
Perform structural and line design using PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole, and PLS-Caisson
Lead QA/QC processes to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards
Review/design pole foundations and assess existing infrastructure
Support field construction teams, conduct inspections, and assist in emergency restoration
Maintain design specifications and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in transmission engineering practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Active California Civil PE License
7+ years of engineering experience in transmission/distribution line design
Knowledge of California GO95, NESC, and ASCE codes
Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole, AutoCAD
Transmission and distribution line design

Preferred
