They are seeking a Payroll Coordinator who will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment for employees, and supporting HR functions such as onboarding.

Responsibilities
Administer union payroll, including reporting, payments, and tax compliance
Prepare payroll funding reports and resolve discrepancies
Manage new hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation
Perform employment verifications, background checks, and maintain employee files
Maintain AAP logs and follow OFCCP guidelines
Manage employee additions, deletions, and changes in the ERP system
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
Proven experience collaborating across all organizational levels
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
