The Technology Partners Lead will manage strategic partnerships and oversee the integration lifecycle between Luminys platforms and third-party providers, ensuring successful execution and long-term partner success.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic technology partnership relationships with third-party hardware, software, VMS, and cloud providers

Own the full integration lifecycle, including technical alignment, development coordination, testing, launch, and ongoing support

Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned integration partners

Collaborate hands-on with R&D teams on APIs, SDKs, firmware, and cloud-based integrations

Validate hardware-to-software, software-to-software, and cloud-to-cloud integrations to ensure performance and reliability

Track integration issues, drive timely resolution, and ensure release and launch readiness

Support Sales opportunities and customer engagements that depend on successful integrations

Maintain accurate integration status reporting, technical documentation, and compatibility listings for internal and external stakeholders

Required

8+ years of experience in platform integrations, system integrations, or technical partnership roles

Proven experience working across hardware, software, and cloud-based platforms

Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally with engineering, product, and external partners

Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
