Oversee financial communication strategies
Analyze key financial performance metrics
Develop corporate messaging
Manage investor outreach programs to maintain strong stakeholder engagement
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market and financial trends and derive actionable insights for effective strategy execution
Experience crafting and managing Press Releases and other critical corporate communication deliverables
Comprehensive understanding of Finance and capital markets, including IPOs, SPACs, and financial reporting practices
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, strong decision-making skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required
Prior experience in a leadership role in investor relations or strategic communications is highly desirable
Preferred
An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong plus
