Responsibilities

Prepare weekly vendor payments for executive review

Support weekly analysis on pricing/promotions for executive review

Build and maintain weekly and monthly models for key operational and financial performance metrics, including KPI scorecards

Create and deliver financial metric presentations to upper management with recommendations

Develop analysis and reporting capabilities to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities

Acquire data from multiple sources to evaluate and interpret trends or patterns

Assign numerical and financial values to essential business functions to assess and compare performance over time

Qualification

MS ExcelFinancial analysisData reporting toolsAnalytical skillsPresentation skills

Required

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field

2+ years of experience in an accounting/finance environment, preferably in the telecom, manufacturing or construction industries

Advanced skills in MS Excel

Basic knowledge of financial, data and reporting tools (e.g., Smartview, Onestream, Tableau, SQL)

Rational, curious, with outstanding problem solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to seek, organize, evaluate, and draw valid conclusions with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong interpersonal skills, well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials to communicate effectively with senior executives
