Responsibilities
Own the financial planning and analysis for key business areas, serving as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams—especially General Managers and Senior Leadership—on operating plans, resource allocation, and performance optimization
Lead the development and maintenance of scalable, dynamic financial models in collaboration with business units; ensure models are accurate, actionable, and aligned with strategic objectives
Drive key strategic and operational decisions by proactively delivering insights, scenario analyses, and recommendations to senior leaders across the company
Deliver ongoing financial and operational analysis through deep cross-functional partnerships, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and investment prioritization
Prepare and present materials for senior leadership and the Board, distilling complex data into clear and impactful narratives
Improve operational efficiency by identifying and leading process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements across Finance and partner teams
Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages; ensure accuracy and alignment with leadership expectations
Develop business cases and lead financial diligence for new initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights into financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key trends and risks
Lead and execute budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, coordinating inputs across departments and ensuring alignment with company strategy
Mentor and coach junior team members; provide guidance on financial best practices, professional development, and day-to-day deliverables
Support special projects and ad hoc analysis at the request of leadership or as needs arise in a fast-paced and evolving business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; or equivalent experience
Proven track record of success (5-8+ years) in Investment Banking, Management / Financial Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate Finance management development program, FP&A or a similar background
Possess advanced knowledge of three-statement financials, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, financial operating model development, and GAAP accounting concepts
Proactive communicator

Strong attention to detail and intellectually curious
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and exhibit flexibility
Strong Google Suite, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred
Investment Banking, Management / Financial Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate Finance management development program, FP&A or a similar background preferred
Working knowledge of Workday Finance and/or Adaptive a plus
