Deliver key aspects of the L&D strategy for RSD
Develop and deliver the NEBOSH-accredited regulatory training programme (RTP) and technical training programme (TTP) for new trainee inspectors, specialist inspectors and inspector assistants
Ensure the quality training delivery for new staff
Qualification
Required
Experience in operational development or a similar role
Knowledge of NEBOSH-accredited training programs
Ability to deliver training to diverse groups
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing multiple training cohorts
Understanding of regulatory frameworks in the rail industry
