Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize tax technology systems (ETL processes, RPA, Corptax, Onesource)
Document, analyze, and recommend improvements for end-to-end tax processes
Identify automation opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Stay current on new technology developments and tax reporting requirements
Query, extract, and summarize data from multiple systems for tax positions and workpapers
Standardize routine reporting to meet tax data requirements
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to improve data flow and system integrations
Train and support end users on tax technology tools and processes
Support federal and state tax compliance, income tax provisions, and practical tax rate calculations
Analyze financial data and reconcile with financial statements
Assist with tax planning, modeling, and research for transactions
Provide data and validation for audits and inquiries from financial audit teams and taxing authorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 3 years in corporate tax (public accounting or private industry)
Core tax systems (Corptax, Onesource Tax Provision)
Familiarity with ETL tools, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), BI tools, Data Visualization, and RPA
Proficiency in MS Suite; Hyperion preferred
Demonstrated experience in tax process improvement and data analysis for efficiency
Self-motivated, business savvy, high integrity, strong team player, with excellent research and analytical abilities
