Responsibilities
Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to, painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by any licensing requirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, HVAC / IAQ troubleshooting, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance
Be the property engineering leader for all major repairs and engineering projects, including bidding projects, overseeing, and following the completion of the work
Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests
Perform assigned preventive maintenance, fire life safety system management and inspection tasks
Support on-call or emergency response situations
Support property issues remotely when needed
Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, DDC, pneumatic controls, HVAC/IAQ and FLS Systems
Comply with all safety procedures and documentations
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
Other projects and tasks assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable
Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort using ladders up to thirty feet tall and working at heights
Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive
Ability to walk and/or stand for the major of the day
Strong customer service skills
