Responsibilities
Build and lead a new global Supply Chain Management Department across procurement, planning, inventory control and management, logistics, warehousing and distribution
Develop and implement an efficient, sustainable and customer-focused supply chain strategy
Oversee, develop and harmonize an all-encompassing global quality function
Strengthen supplier partnerships, negotiate agreements and manage global sourcing
Ensure reliable material flows supporting production, field services, installation projects and the aftermarket customer base
Lead continuous improvement, risk management, compliance and quality management efforts
Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Experience (CX), R&D and Digital to optimize cross-functional ways of working
Drive cultural development and integration and support the creation of 'One Runway Safe'
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, quality or manufacturing leadership roles
Proven track record in building teams, driving change, and improving end-to-end supply chain performance
Experience from manufacturing environments with global suppliers and/or customers
Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, quality, ERP/MRP systems and continuous improvement
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities across cultures and functions
Bachelor's degree required
Based in or willing to relocate to Logan, New Jersey (on-site)
