Experience in escrow processing, including reviewing title documents and preparing closing statements
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, lenders, and other parties
Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation and financial transactions
Proficiency in industry-standard escrow and title software systems
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in an on-site, collaborative work environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in the real estate or title industry
Additional certification or training in escrow or real estate processes
