Responsibilities
Develop creative video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists to communicate complex AI topics effectively
Coordinate interdepartmentally to plan shoots, including schedules, call sheets, and logistics
Lead on-set production: direct shoots, operate equipment, manage talent/crews, and maintain schedule
Handle shooting with professional camera systems, including building stable interior/exterior vehicle rigs
Own post-production for smaller projects (editing, color, sound) or prepare/deliver footage for larger ones
Manage multiple projects across single-day to multi-week productions, including domestic and international travel
Incorporate stakeholder feedback, iterate, and see videos through to launch on various platforms
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in video production roles at agencies, production companies, in-house teams, or freelance
Proven ability to own end-to-end projects with strong portfolio in shooting, rigging, and editing
Expertise in camera systems (RED, Blackmagic, Sony, DJI) and technical settings (RAW/Log, ISO, frame rates)
Hands-on experience building secure vehicle rigs for interior and exterior shooting
Proficiency in post-production software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve); color grading/motion graphics a plus
Ability to travel frequently, including internationally and at short notice
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Drone piloting experience a plus
