Required

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
Proven experience in working in cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred

Familiarity with the industrial or automation sector is an advantage
