Analyze & Optimize: Apply statistical analysis expertise to process capability assessments and Design of Experiments

Problem Solve: Troubleshoot complex processes, equipment, and quality systems while developing and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions

Make Critical Decisions: Provide sound Engineering judgment

Material Mastery: Demonstrate expert knowledge of materials for plant product designs within your areas of responsibility

Supply Chain Excellence: Qualify and validate new materials and suppliers to ensure optimal product performance

Knowledge Transfer: Effectively train manufacturing teams on specifications and processes, empowering them for success
