Donor Data (CRM) and Analytics Intern
AHA Foundation is a nonprofit organization led by human rights activist Ayaan Hirsi Ali, dedicated to promoting Liberal freedoms and ideals. The Donor Data (CRM) and Analytics Intern will assist the marketing team in maintaining donor data, running analyses, and generating reports to enhance marketing and fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities
Maintaining and optimizing the different uses of the donor management CRM system, DonorPerfect, to ensure data accuracy within the system and to effectively serve the needs of other team members (development and program staff)
Utilizing the data reporting system to regularly assess the quality and effectiveness of AHA’s marketing and fundraising efforts
Researching and compiling monthly analytical marketing campaign reports covering fundraising campaign results, donor retention rate, donor insights and trends, Google Analytics, social media key metrics, etc
Developing ad-hoc reports to look into questions from team members related to fundraising efforts and results
Presenting reports and analytical work during team meetings. Following up on questions from the team when needed. Assisting with other types of analytical reports and general marketing/fundraising campaigns as needed
Attend weekly marketing call and major donor call, Tuesday at 10 am Central, and Wednesday at 10:30 am Central
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program. This position is open to all majors, though marketing, economics, statistics, business analytics, and computer/management information systems majors are encouraged to apply
Interests should include: marketing for non-profit organizations, non-profit management, data analytics, business analysis, human rights, women's rights, and women's empowerment
Ability to stay focused on multiple goals, and organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally about progress toward deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Resourceful and seeks answers independently before relying on team members. Our team is very small and virtual, therefore every person must be independent in figuring out solutions before asking for help
Self-starter empowered with curiosity and passion for solving problems and finding solutions to complex questions. Most issues and questions are related to the donor management system (DonorPerfect) and email management system (Constant Contact)
Ability to work well with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
US work authorization is required, but the employer is accepting OPT/CPT candidates
Preferred
GPA Range: 3.0–4.0
Prior experience working with GSuite and Microsoft Excel
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior
