Information Technology Support Specialist
Alliance Credit Union is a leader in the greater St. Louis area financial community, providing the best in service and rates to our members. They are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused IT Support Specialist to support the daily operation, security, and reliability of their technology systems while serving as the first point of contact for IT support.

Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support by monitoring, responding to, resolving, or escalating IT support tickets within established service levels
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, software, peripherals, and related equipment
Create, modify, and maintain employee network access and system permissions in accordance with security policies
Support core systems, telecommunications networks, phone systems, and PC connectivity
Maintain accurate documentation, databases, system libraries, and inventory of IT equipment and supplies
Assist with researching, planning, and implementing new technologies to improve operational efficiency and member access
Notify IT leadership of system issues, vulnerabilities, upgrades, or repair needs
Travel to Alliance Credit Union locations as needed and operate a credit union–owned or personal vehicle when required
Assist the AVP of IT with projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
Associate's degree or higher in a technology-related field or equivalent experience required

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to all Alliance Credit Union locations
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and information security
