Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage mobile product and engineering releases to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Plan, track and oversee initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies and constraints early
Lead team ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives
Own release communications, ensuring timelines, scope changes and updates are clearly shared
Provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Support planning, sequencing and readiness for product launches
Help teams navigate trade-offs between scope, quality and timing
Maintain transparency and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary process overhead
Drive continuous improvements in delivery and release practices

Required

Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Program Manager in a software-focused organization
Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments
Strong understanding of mobile app development and release processes, including app store submissions
Demonstrated ability to manage releases, identify blockers and communicate effectively across teams
Comfort presenting delivery updates to leadership and large, cross-functional audiences
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and provide clarity without heavy direction
Execution-focused with a practical approach to getting work done
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Sound judgment when balancing speed, quality and scope
Ability to support and empower teams without becoming a bottleneck

Preferred

Interest in sports, particularly sports betting or daily fantasy sports
Experience working on consumer-facing, iOS or Android products
Background collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple departments
Familiarity with Agile or Lean delivery methodologies
